It's critical to "break" the
edge of the top skin to get it to lay down without puckering.
Vertical stabilizer attached.
Rudder, horizontal stabilator,
and anti-servo tabs installed.
Anti-servo trim motor ready to
install on the aft fuselage bulkhead.
Trim motor installed and
linkages connected.
Linkage up to the anti-servo
trim. This area is eventually covered by a fiberglass fairing.
That finishes the empennage for
now. I will move onto the wing kit. That work begins on the next
page.
